Job summary

Skill connects the best talent with the world’s biggest brands. We are seeking a SaaS implementation specialist to own onboarding projects, configure and customize CRM platforms, and manage integrations with client tech stacks.

You will train admin users, collaborate with Sales, Product, CS, and Support, and help scale templates and playbooks to improve efficiency and outcomes across client lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation or CRM consulting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and how customers use them.
• Excellent project management with multiple concurrent projects.
• Comfort with APIs, data imports/exports, and data cleanup.
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding projects from kickoff to training.
• Configure CRM including workflows, permissions, and lead flows.
• Manage integrations and data migrations with third-party stacks.
• Document system workflows and build resources for ongoing management.
• Train admin and power users on setup and features.
