Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding.
• Assist with project management tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
• Warm transfer to their account manager.
• Set up proper expectations with the client.
• Provide customer service and technical support via calls, emails, and chats.
• Establish the career site to match the company website.
• Ensure client's websites are set up correctly.
• Incorporate client forms and procedures into their account.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams.
• Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports.
• Develop and implement training sessions for new clients.
