Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a technically strong, customer-focused Technical Inside Sales Specialist to support the Electrification Division in the United States.

You will pursue incoming leads, provide technical guidance, support bids and proposals, and convert customer needs into meaningful sales opportunities. You will collaborate across sales, proposal, operations, and customer teams to move opportunities from inquiry to order and delivery, while coordinating account setup, NDAs, orders, warranty

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 8 years of experience, incl. 3+ in electrical industry.
• Familiarity with 3-phase AC Power Systems and distribution products.
• Experience with bid/proposal processes and negotiations.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary inside sales and customer support resource.
• Manage and coordinate the proposal process.
• Drive customer satisfaction and project execution.
• Support business operations, NDA and warranty processes, and events.
