Qualifications

• 8 years of experience required, including at least 3 years in the electrical industry.
• Familiarity with 3-phase AC Power Systems and related equipment.
• Experience with complex bid and project proposal processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across customers and internal teams.
• Experience supporting SFDC (Salesforce) & SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary inside sales and customer support resource, qualifying leads and guiding customers.
• Manage and coordinate the proposal process, review RFQs, oversee Salesforce opportunities, support pricing and bid milestones.
• Drive customer satisfaction and project execution through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Support business operations by managing account administration, NDA and warranty processes, and developing sales dashboards.
