Rothoblaas in the United States is expanding its Inside Sales & Customer Service team in the Quakertown area. You will develop relationships with contractors, proactively reach out to opportunities, and own quotations to drive outcomes.

You will learn technical construction products, coordinate with specialists, and manage CRM data to grow a strong, ongoing customer conversation and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales or B2B customer service.
• Comfortable proactively making calls and building relationships.
• Curious and willing to learn technical construction products.
• Able to communicate clearly by phone and email and follow through.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of activities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call customers and leads to identify opportunities.
• Prepare and advance quotations and track status through to close.
• Understand customer needs and advise on product applications.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and active pipeline.
• Collaborate with Technical Consulting, Sales Ops, Logistics and others.
