Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions throughout the order lifecycle, including inquiries, quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain accurate sales quotes, sales orders, invoices, and rental or re-rental contracts in accordance with established standards.
• Coordinate purchasing activities for inventory, drop-ship items, re-rented equipment, and site services in alignment with procurement guidelines.
• Support inventory, equipment, and receiving activities by maintaining accurate records, following inventory control procedures, and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives and branch leadership to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverage product and equipment knowledge to support customer decision-making and resolve service-related issues.
• Prioritize daily tasks and manages time effectively to consistently meet service standards
