Job summary

Rotho Blaas USA Inc is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for on-site work in Quakertown, PA, relocating by May 2027. You will manage a growing book of contractor customers, proactively reach out, and advance technical product quotations with a focus on building lasting relationships.

You will collaborate with Technical Consulting, Sales Ops, Logistics, and other specialists to own the customer conversation and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B customer service, or a similar role.
• Curious and genuinely interested in learning technical products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call customers, prospects, leads, and inactive accounts.
• Follow up on new leads quickly and turn inquiries into conversations.
• Identify projects and applications where Rothoblaas can help.
• Look for new quote opportunities and reactivate dormant accounts.
• Prepare and discuss quotations, track status through pending, won, or lost.
• Maintain clear next actions for active customers and opportunities.
• Respond promptly with product, pricing, and availability information.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
