Job summary

KOBOLD seeks a Technical Inside Sales Representative in Robinson, PA, to combine inside sales, customer success, and technical problem solving. You will learn a complex product portfolio, collaborate with engineers and outside sales, and help customers choose the right configuration and solution.

You will communicate regularly by phone and email with buyers and applications engineers, owning quotes and driving opportunities while prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial B2B or adjacent technical sales.
• Comfortable communicating with buyers, applications engineers, and users of equipment.
• Able to learn complex products and navigate configurations over time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first level of support, determining what you can handle and when to escalate.
• Support outside sales with quoting and opportunity management; manage ~30 opportunities weekly.
• Ask the right questions to understand applications and identify the right product and configuration.
• Prioritize multiple opportunities and keep follow-ups moving without losing smaller inquiries.
