Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Technical GTM Enablement Manager in the United States to accelerate onboarding and ramp for our technical go-to-market roles. You will design structured programs, build playbooks, and establish clear standards for technical readiness across pre-sales and post-sales, pairing with Product, Applied Engineering, and Customer Success to scale expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles: solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or forward-deployed work.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ramp for technical GTM roles, designing and improving a structured program for faster productivity.
• Build technical field framework and playbooks including discovery with buyers, POC and evaluation standards, architecture guidance, and handoffs across pre-sales and post-sales.
• Lead technical readiness for launches in partnership with Product and PMM.
• Turn subject matter expertise into scalable enablement by extracting content from experts and building repeatable tools and workflows.
• Partner with Sales Enablement on technical discovery, evaluation strategy, and competitive differentiation.
• Operate AI-first to create tools and workflows that scale a growing technical organization.
