Zusammenfassung

Stord is seeking a Director of GTM Enablement to design and run comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and certifications for the GTM organization. You will build playbooks, battlecards, and content libraries, and partner with Sales leadership, AMs, SEs, and Product Marketing.

You will lead new-hire bootcamps, establish ramp benchmarks, and drive content adoption using AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement at a B2B company.
• Experience scaling or building a program, not just running one.
• Hands-on fluency with enablement platforms for content management, call coaching, and readiness tracking.
