Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a GTM Enablement Program Lead to own onboarding end-to-end for new GTM hires. You will design curricula, coordinate facilitators from Sales, Marketing, Applied AI, and Product, and run live sessions to ensure productive customer conversations.

You will measure ramp, attendance, feedback, and maintain rosters, calendars, and facilitator communications, using Claude to automate recurring work. The role is highly cross-functional and reports to GTM Enablement.

Qualifications

• Must have designed and delivered onboarding or training programs for sales teams, including curriculum development and live sessions.
• Able to translate technical product concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical audiences.
• Strong program management skills with experience running recurring, multi-stakeholder operations.
• Apply adult learning principles to training design and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM Onboarding program end to end: curriculum design, cohort scheduling, facilitator coordination, live delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Design and deliver training that makes products, sales motions, customer stories, and tools accessible to sellers from diverse backgrounds.
• Recruit, prepare, and support a rotating bench of internal facilitators and field volunteers.
• Build and maintain the program's operational infrastructure—rosters, calendars, communications—and automate recurring work.
• Measure program effectiveness through attendance, comprehension checks, feedback, and ramp metrics; present findings to GTM leadership.
• Develop 30/60/90 day ramp plans and post-onboarding resources to carry new hires from cohort to quota.
