Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Technical GTM Enablement Manager to scale enablement across pre-sales and post-sales. You will design structured onboarding, create playbooks, and build scalable certifications that align with Product, Applied Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales.

The role emphasizes AI-first workflows and rapid iteration. You will partner with Sales Enablement to craft discovery strategies, competitive differentiation, and solution positioning, with a focus on turning SME knowledge

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or technical account management.
• Experience building onboarding, certification, or development programs that are completed by users.
• Hands-on fluency with APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer workflows; able to run live demos and discuss architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ramp for technical GTM roles, designing a structured program for productivity.
• Build technical field framework and playbooks, including discovery, POC standards, and architecture guidance.
• Build and run technical certifications and ensure they stay current with platform changes.
