Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Technical Expert to deliver exceptional service at the Apple Retail Genius Bar. You will repair iPhone and other Apple products, educate customers on repair options, and share repair knowledge with the team to raise overall service quality.

This role requires hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is required.
• Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair iPhone and Apple products as required and educate customers about repair options.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting product/service recommendations.
• Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and share knowledge with the team.
