• Stay up-to-date on Apple products and repair processes to ensure high-quality repairs.
• Assist customers with product or software issues using available Apple resources and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Apple hardware and software issues.
• Educate customers on repair options and ways to buy.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify recurring problems and provide feedback.
