Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Able to safely perform hardware repairs with fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair Apple hardware and software issues for customers.
• Educate customers on repair options and guide them through service experiences with care and accuracy.
