Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience required.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Excellent visual inspection and fine motor skills for hardware repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware in a customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Repair iPhone and other Apple products as required.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple services.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and share knowledge with the team.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
