Job summary

Cyberhaven seeks a hands-on Technical Enablement Manager to build and run technical enablement for Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, PS engineers, and other GTM technical roles. You will own programs, content, and labs, scale current efforts, and develop new enablement across pre- and post-sales.

Qualifications

• Growth mindset and bias for action.
• Strong technical background in GTM roles (SE, SA, PS&E).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (DLP, data security).
• Understanding enterprise technical sales cycle and coaching needs.
• Experience building enablement programs, content, and labs.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding for SEs and other GTM roles, including ramp plans, labs, milestones and certifications.
• Manage the technical training calendar (product deep dives, architecture, integrations, deployment, competitive landscape).
• Build and maintain hands-on learning resources (demo environments, sandboxes, lab exercises, POC playbooks).
• Create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, playbooks, and on-demand learning.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to translate new features into enablement content.
• Coach SE managers and drive adoption of value-selling across teams.
• Establish standards for organization and accuracy of technical content.
• Develop role-specific development paths and scalable training content.
• Support Sales Kickoff, technical summits, and hands-on workshops.
