Job summary

vCluster Labs is seeking a Go-to-Market Enablement Manager to build the enablement engine for a technical field team. You will own everything from deep technical enablement for customer engineering to field-wide GTM programs, shaping how sellers, SDRs, and engineers speak the same language.

The role blends program design, cross-functional partnership, and hands-on leadership as the company scales across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enablement for DevOps/platform engineering audiences.
• Experience translating technical content into repeatable programs.
• Proven ability to build programs solo with no immediate reports.
• Strong collaboration with product and sales to align messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch vCluster Labs' first enablement program and onboarding cohorts.
• Own deep technical enablement for customer engineering roles.
• Program for sellers and SDRs targeting platform engineers and infra buyers.
• Define metrics to measure ramp time, certification completion, and win-rate impact.
• Partner with product and marketing to source and maintain enablement content.
• Lead new-hire ramp across US, EMEA, APAC.
• Establish governance for curricula, calendars, and LMS systems.
