Job summary

Factory is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager in San Francisco to build technical enablement from the ground up within the GTM Enablement team. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Deployment, and Sales leadership to drive technical excellence across the customer lifecycle.

You will embed with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to translate direction into actionable GTM guidance, setting a high technical bar for customer-facing teams and arming

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience across software engineering oriented roles.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Deep knowledge of AI coding agents and their capabilities and failure modes.
• Proven track record guiding engineers and senior SEs through enterprise rollouts.
• Strong communication skills to align multiple teams around messaging and strategy.
• History designing technical training, demos, or adoption frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed Engineering, Product, and Marketing to translate technical direction into GTM guidance.
• Design enablement motions; create assets, demos, and rollout strategies.
• Set high technical standards and act as the technical voice for GTM to Product/Engineering.
• Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Solutions Engineers.
• Streamline deployments with playbooks and technical adoption strategies.
• Scale post-sale adoption playbooks and developer-facing initiatives.
