Job summary

Parallel Web Systems is hiring for a Product Enablement role at our US HQ, focused on GTM enablement at the intersection of engineering and sales. You will build bootcamps, ongoing technical training, and enablement materials that help buyers evaluate Parallel’s capabilities.

You will partner with engineering and marketing to create customer-facing content, and work with Deployed Engineering to scale learnings into reusable resources for the broader team.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in tech, ideally at a fast-moving startup.
• Must be fluent with modern AI tools and able to code.
• Able to understand customer challenges and translate them into clear, actionable content.
• Experience in product enablement or sales enablement is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own product enablement for GTM at Parallel, bridging engineering and go-to-market.
• Build and run product bootcamps, ongoing technical training, and enablement for major capabilities.
• Create demos, eval templates, and technical collateral for the GTM team.
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing to produce customer-facing technical content.
• Balance time between enablement work (approx. 80%) and live deal engagement (approx. 20%).
