Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a hands-on Technical Enablement Manager to build and run technical enablement for our Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and other GTM roles. You will own programs, content, and labs that make our technical teams fluent in Cyberhaven's platform and data security landscape.

You will scale existing programs, create new ones, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to translate new features into timely enablement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on enablement and training design experience.
• Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into practical labs and curriculums.
• Experience working with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technical onboarding for SEs and other GTM roles, including ramp plans, labs, milestones, and certifications.
• Manage the technical training calendar covering product deep-dives, architecture, integrations, deployment, and technical selling skills.
• Build and maintain hands-on learning resources, including demo environments, sandboxes, labs, and POC playbooks.
