Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a hands-on Technical Enablement Manager in the United States to design and run scalable enablement programs for Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and other technical GTM roles. You will own programs, content, and labs, expanding reach and measuring impact as Cyberhaven scales in data security.

You will lead onboarding, certifications, and ongoing technical development, while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to turn new features into timely

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for SEs and other technical GTM roles, including ramp milestones and certifications.
• Manage the technical training calendar: product deep dives, architecture, deployments, and competitive awareness.
• Create hands-on labs, demo environments, sandboxes, and POC playbooks for realistic customer practice.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and on-demand learning from product internals to executive value stories.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to translate new features into timely enablement.
• Coach SE managers and run discovery coaching to tie technical capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Set standards for organizing and maintaining technical content, ensuring quick access and accuracy.
• Develop role-specific learning paths and scalable certifications for SEs, Solutions Architects, and CSEs.
• Support GTM and SE leadership in Sales Kickoff, technical summits, and hands-on workshops.
