Job summary

Lovable is seeking a Technical Enablement Lead for GTM—Sales, CS, and SA. You’ll onboard Solution Architects and convert their know-how into scalable enablement systems that raise the technical floor for the entire field.

We’ll build a central knowledge hub with demo libraries, reference architectures, and AI use-case pattern libraries, translating depth into practical materials for AEs and CSMs facing CIOs and VPs of Product.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical GTM role or related field.
• Ability to translate deep technical content into practical enablement materials for Sales, CS, and Solutions Architects.
• Experience building repeatable knowledge systems like demo libraries and reference architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical knowledge hub for GTM: demo library, reference architectures, and AI use-case patterns.
• Raise the technical floor for AEs and CSMs; support new hires and tenured reps with deeper capabilities.
• Leverage the SA team as a multiplier; systematize knowledge and share broadly.
• Co-own SA ramp and ongoing development with leadership; accelerate time-to-productivity for SAs.
• Ensure AE/CS readiness, leverage in deals, and maintain strong technical storytelling.
