Job summary

ANCORP in Williston, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional support to our customers in a fast-paced, technically oriented environment. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and provide timely information on product specifications, pricing, and shipping.

Under the guidance of the Senior Customer Service Associate, you will enter orders in the ERP, assist with quotes, manage returns (RMA), and coordinate with Applications Engineering on custom quotes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Able to enter orders accurately in ERP and process quotes.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve orders from web, fax and email and process within same day.
• Enter orders in ERP accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with product info, pricing, specs, and shipping dates.
• Confirm orders and obtain customer payment information.
• Enter customer credit card details for processing and provide order status updates.
• Prepare customer quotes for standard products and follow up on quotes.
• Set up new customers in ERP and handle RMAs as needed.
• Attend daily status and bookings meetings; run daily sales reports.
