Job summary

ATS Corporation seeks a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on parts, service coordination, and strong customer relationships. You will handle inquiries, quotations, orders, and invoices while coordinating with internal teams to support installation, service (onsite and remote), and operational needs.

The role requires effective communication, ERP/CRM proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years in customer support or service, preferably B2B manufacturing/technical.
Experience with order processing, inside sales, and customer accounts.
Proficient with ERP and CRM systems and learning new tools quickly.
Strong customer relationships and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for parts, service, and support requests for all Comecer equipment.
Respond to inquiries promptly via email, phone, and portals.
Coordinate onsite activities for installation and service; manage schedules ~quarter in advance.
Manage customer accounts, assist with parts IDs, service requests, and order status.
Create, review, and communicate quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranty claims in ERP/CRM and portals.
Review open sales order reports and proactively follow up on due/ overdue orders.
Expedite orders with purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and suppliers as needed.
Order parts from domestic and international suppliers.
Collect and submit customer/order information for internal systems and setup.
Communicate order status changes, delivery impacts, RMAs, and technical requests.
Collaborate cross-functionally with field service, warehouse, logistics, accounting, sales, and engineering.
Assist Field Service Technicians with parts ordering and coordination for service calls.
Support departmental sales objectives and performance targets; assist with collections.
