Job summary

ABB is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in Pinetops, NC, reporting to Planning & Fulfillment Manager. You will provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers, coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure end-to-end handling of requests.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma with 3–5 years’ experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated skills in working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• SAP experience required; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and improve customer satisfaction.
• Keep customers informed on issue status and ensure end-to-end handling of requests.
• Prepare and analyze regular statistics and track sales performance against targets.
