Job summary

Blink’s CS Technical Support team is seeking a technically adept agent to handle issues for our Home Security product line. You’ll work with customers by phone and email, navigating home networking and device configurations while driving solutions and improvements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, report trends to leadership, and support critical launches and events. A strong German language ability and flexible schedule are required for this remote role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Fluent in German (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient service by engaging with customers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with other support teams to maintain high-quality support.
• Advocate for customers when issues arise and report areas for improvement.
• Understand customer product usage to resolve issues and maximize value.
• Communicate trends to leadership and suggest innovative solutions for customer experience.
• Assist with customer communication during launches and support events.
• Develop knowledge about product lines and features.
• Drive projects to improve support-related processes.
• Support Blink Subscription service.
