Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group seeks a Technical Sales Representative for the Virginia territory to secure, develop, and manage key architect, designer, general contractor, distributor, and end-user accounts. You will own related performance metrics and deliver strategic plans with monthly forecasts.

The role requires 4–10 years in construction or related field and strong communication, travel, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Four to ten years of related experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in Virginia territory.
• Develop new accounts and grow Tremco CPG product usage.
• Manage accounts, build partnerships with key decision makers, and create strategic plans.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across territory.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge across lines and deliver high-quality collateral.
