Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is hiring in the Atlanta area for a sales-focused role. You will secure and grow key architect, designer, general contractor, distributor, and end-user accounts. Frequent travel within the assigned geography is required to meet revenue and margin targets.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial construction, knowledge of EIFs/facades, and strong presentation skills. The role offers base salary with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Knowledge of EIFs, facades and stucco applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves or exceeds sales goals within assigned territory.
• Develops new accounts and expands Tremco CPG product usage.
• Drives product specifications and project opportunities.
• Prepares strategic business/territory plans with monthly forecasts.
