Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue in the Virginia territory. You will develop relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, distributors, and end users, and manage performance metrics for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities include developing strategic business plans, forecasting monthly, and presenting high-quality technical collateral to support the sales process. Travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or related field.
• 4–10 years of related construction/industry experience preferred.
• Experience with customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and territory targets.
• Develop and manage key accounts within the Virginia territory.
• Drive product specifications and project opportunities across accounts.
