Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies seeks an experienced Account Manager in CSM to develop advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions for diverse industries. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, building enduring customer relationships while delivering innovative, sustainable improvements in energy and water use and asset protection.

You will drive revenue growth through strategic account management, produce Technical Service Reports, and lead value-based reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 8+ years in water treatment field
• Chemical water & process treatment experience
• 4+ years of technical sales with proven account growth
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (no learner’s permits)
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data-driven recommendations
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and business reviews
• Plan and communicate Veolia Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection
• Meet annual revenue targets and manage margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures in daily work
