Job summary
Veolia is seeking an Account Manager in CSM to partner with customers across industries, delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions and acting as a trusted technical advisor. You will build deep customer relationships, develop value-driven plans, and drive energy and water sustainability while protecting assets.
You’ll analyze treatment programs, conduct testing, and provide service reports to guide improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering, or 8+ years in water treatment.
- 3+ years of technical sales experience with account management.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and process applications.
- Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation and improvement recommendations.
- Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring, profitable business opportunities.
