Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to partner with customers across industries, delivering advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, developing deep relationships while driving energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

In this role you will analyze treatment programs, generate service reports, lead value generation initiatives, and navigate commercial negotiations to achieve annual revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant science or engineering field; or 8+ years of direct water-treament experience.
• Chemical water-treatment experience is required.
• Minimum 3+ years in technical sales with proven account growth and relationship building.
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling and boiler water.
• Prepare and deliver technical service reports with data analysis.
• Drive value-generation plans and business reviews to demonstrate customer value.
• Lead sustainability and asset-protection initiatives through Veolia projects.
• Support revenue growth through account management and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new opportunities.
• Follow safety policies in all activities.
