Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to collaborate with customers across industries, developing advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You will be a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while delivering solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

You will analyze treatment programs, deliver actionable service reports, and drive revenue growth through strategic value generation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering preferred; or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water treatment experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales with account management success.
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and process applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with recommendations to improve operations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities.
• Follow all EHS policies and procedures to ensure safety.
