Veolia Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to work closely with customers across diverse industries, creating advanced chemical water treatment solutions.

You’ll be more than a sales professional – you’ll be a trusted technical advisor developing deep customer relationships while delivering creative solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; water treatment field preferred.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with revenue growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities.
