Job summary
Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to collaborate with customers across diverse industries, developing advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You will act as a technical advisor, building deep relationships while delivering innovative solutions that enhance energy and water sustainability and asset protection.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years direct experience in water treatment field
- Chemical water & process treatment experience required or preferred
- 4+ years of technical sales experience with revenue growth and customer relationships
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and process applications
- Deliver Technical Service Reports with data analysis and improvement recommendations
- Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Business Reviews
- Communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability
- Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel for recurring opportunities
