Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to work with diverse customers, delivering advanced water and process treatment solutions. You’ll be a trusted technical advisor focused on energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

You will drive revenue growth, develop long-term relationships, conduct tests, and prepare technical reports while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or 8+ years in water treatment industry will also qualify.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated success in account management, revenue growth, and customer relationship building.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate customer value.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities.
