Veolia Group in the United States seeks an experienced Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, developing deep customer relationships while delivering innovative chemical water treatment solutions to improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

The role emphasizes minimal overnight travel, defined growth paths, and responsibility for meeting annual revenue targets while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering.
• Or minimum 8+ years in water treatment industry.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with account management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem.
• Perform sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans for water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews and price escalations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable business.
• Work safely and follow all EHS policies.
