Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division (CSM) to collaborate with customers across industries, developing advanced water treatment solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while delivering innovative solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or 8+ years of direct experience in water treatment.
• Chemical water treatment experience is required.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with revenue growth and customer relationship building.
• Must have a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Secure new, recurring, profitable business opportunities for growth.
• Maintain safety by following EHS policies.
