Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to collaborate with customers across industries, delivering advanced chemical water treatment solutions and acting as a trusted technical adviser. You’ll build strong relationships while driving energy and water sustainability and asset protection.

You will lead technical discussions, develop service plans, and support revenue growth with a customer-focused approach and strong communications skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical water treatment.
• 8+ years in field with water treatment experience qualifies.
• Experience in consultative selling and technical solution development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and MemchemApplications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data and recommend improvements.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
