Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division to work with customers across industries, delivering advanced chemical water treatment solutions as a trusted technical advisor.

You will develop deep customer relationships while delivering solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, optimize profitability, and protect assets, meeting revenue targets and participating in business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering preferred.
• Or minimum 8+ years of direct water treatment field experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with revenue growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Technical Innovation: Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and MemchemApplications
• Strategic Communication: Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and recommend improvements
• Value Creation: Execute our Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans and Business Reviews
• Sustainability Leadership: Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability
• Revenue Growth: Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations
• Business Development: Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities
• Safety Excellence: Work safely and follow EHS policies and procedures
