Veolia North America, LLC in Garden City, Kansas, is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division to deliver advanced water treatment solutions and serve as a trusted technical advisor to diverse customers.

You will analyze treatment programs, prepare technical service reports, manage revenue targets, and develop long‑term relationships while upholding safety and environmental standards in industrial settings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or Engineering, or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with revenue growth and account management.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and Memchem applications.
• Prepare and deliver Technical Service Reports with data interpretation and improvement recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring, profitable opportunities.
• Follow all EHS policies and work safely at all times.
