Job summary

Veolia is seeking an experienced Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to partner with customers across industries in the United States, developing advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while delivering value through sustainable initiatives that enhance asset protection and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering, or 8+ years direct water treatment experience required.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience.
• 4+ years of technical sales with revenue growth and account management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data and recommend improvements.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program with service plans, value generation plans, and business reviews.
• Plan and communicate value generation plans to drive water/energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
• Safely follow all EHS policies and procedures.
