Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Chemical water treatment experience required or 8+ years in field.
• 4+ years of technical sales with revenue growth and account management.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, Memchem, and process applications.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver technical service reports to analyze data and propose improvements.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and value generation plans.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and communicate value generation plans for water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new recurring, profitable opportunities.
