Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist; or 8+ years in the field.
• Experience in chemical water treatment is required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account management and revenue growth; consultative selling encouraged.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel; vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater and process applications.
• Prepare and present technical service reports based on customer data and results.
• Execute value generation plans and business reviews to demonstrate customer value.
• Lead sustainability initiatives through projects that improve water and energy efficiency.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins and price discussions.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure recurring, profitable business.
