Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to lead technical chemical water and process treatment projects, develop deep customer relationships, and deliver value-driven solutions that optimize energy and water use.

You will work with customers across industries, manage service plans, revenue growth, and strategic reviews while traveling to sites and ensuring safety and compliance in industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant science/engineering field; 8+ years in water treatment ok
• Chemical water treatment experience required
• 4+ years of technical sales experience with revenue growth and customer relationships
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports interpreting results and recommending improvements
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews and price escalations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new recurring profitable opportunities
• Work safely at all times following EHS policies
