Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of direct water treatment field experience.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with revenue growth and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling, boiler, wastewater, and process applications.
• Write and deliver technical service reports to analyze data and drive improvement.
• Execute account management programs including service plans and business reviews to show value.
• Plan and communicate value generation initiatives to drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and pursue new recurring profitable business.
