Job summary

Veolia is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to develop advanced chemical water treatment solutions and build deep customer relationships across diverse industries in the New Jersey area.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, delivering innovative solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection, while achieving annual revenue targets and managing commercial negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or 8+ years in water treatment.
• Chemical water and process treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account management and revenue growth.
• Consultative selling and technical solution development experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process applications.
• Write and deliver technical service reports analyzing data and driving improvements.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including service plans and value generation.
• Plan and communicate value generation plans to drive sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities.
• Follow all EHS policies and work safely.
