Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500s.
• Proactively craft and execute strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services across technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues and drive operational health.
• Travel 10% or more as needed.
