Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Enterprise Support customers across diverse industries.

You will work with engineers and service teams to resolve issues and drive adoption of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and more. The TAM role emphasizes strategic guidance, risk management, and proactive health of AWS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, math, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience.
• 6+ years of technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to plan and build solutions using AWS services.
• Drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
• Travel up to 10% or more as needed.
